That's just one thing... the second thing here is mainly that, people are complaining about something which is pretty stupid. Everyone comes and says " OOOooh, I'll only cheat in freeemooodee" SO WHAT? If you want to use cheats, use them on YOUR OWN f*ckING SERVER, and not on servers started by other people. Simply put, cheaters now have f*cked up because they don't have more power than an administrator himself, because they can be kicked. Have you ever played SA-MP or any other games with dedicated servers? Admins there have the right to kick or ban other players, but they only do it if they have to. This is just a FUNCTION which is pretty BASIC when we are talking about admin rights. So don't come here and tell us how stupid it is to give administrators more rights over their servers, because that's STUPID. You join a game. It's cops and crooks mode...You already win 2 times, when you noticed administator cheats, damn. So you say "omfg you are so noobish stop cheating plz" and then he kicks you. All your money you earned, is gone. So fun now? Lol, because it matters when you are trying to play with cheaters. If you don't like it leave the server. If the admin is going to be a dick, then they'll be a dick without this tool. Please do not report this topic as a MP mod, this MP mod is allowed. Hergonan Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 It'd be a smart move if the moderators removed this, even though it's not a bad mod, it's still a multiplayer mod, and could you maybe stop making sh*t that makes our lives harder, not that anyone ever uses your "I'm trying to fix what I caused" mods, but still could you just make it ignore freeroam, if we want someone kicked, we use godmode, not an exploitable function in the game. It's also exploitable in the fact that if anyone who's hosting the server with this has the mod, and a greifer has the mod too, if the server hoster disconnects and by chance the greifer is made the new host, then he can just kick anyone.. I would choose my server by the hosts name thinking I like this host he knows a good player from a cheater. but then half way thro the game the owner and host quits and a new host with the mod takes over. Then he kicks everyone because hes 10 sleepy and is going to bed anyway. Hosting a dedicated server is usualy done by mature people because it takes time, money and commitment to create. hatorijr Posted April 27, 2009 Share Posted April 27, 2009 common sense says if a new host who is an ass takes over, than leave, how hard is that huh? i swear the brain capacity of some of you people is astounding really? did you just start playing mp games yesterday or something? this is standard is just about every "normal" mp game, if you can not stand it, sorry but maybe playing mp games is not for you? some of you sound like 12 year old kiddies and well, sadly i would never want to step near a game with you in it, i can not stand people who whine and cry because they can not cheat nor would i want to play an mp game with whiny crying babies who cheat just because they are not mature enough to play the game correctly in the first place online. like i said before, rockstar should implement a proper anticheat system and anyone caught cheating in any game period, would have their account permanently banned from mp, or rather, ban their cd key, that would end the bs right on the spot. i for one support alex's anticheat methods and i hope he keeps it up and makes it better. He has all the right to kick anyone he wants. If you don't like that you don't have to play on that server. It's just the same as every other Multiplayer game out there. It happened to me in two party today. Very annoying, because it happened to me in two party with a lot of cheaters. I had to leave the party .. This had never happened. It was the first time today .. Nothing to do with an update to live ??? And sometimes, i have another problem, i was kicked when I open the list of players. Before this happen very often, and I almost stopped this problem by changing the shortcut keys in numpad, but not completely .. Otherwise, when it works, it works! I mean something what's saving the last given number of actions what the admin did by clicking on a "debug" button or by using keypress functions... that way you could see what went wrong with the tool which caused... lets say, the kicking bug. I place both of the files in Program Files (x86) > Rockstar Games > Grand Theft Auto > and it wouldn't work. I was unable to even start the game. I need to see if this will work. I am tired of being unable to kick cheaters out of the game. I never modded before ,beside Civilization games, but this one I am having trouble doing so. For all those who have this kind of problem, we need to just change shortcuts. If it still doesn't work, then, make sure that no mod or windows program are already using these shortcuts.. Otherwise there is conflict. Because some players comes in a party, just to crash it (with scripthook tug multi spawn..).. We must be able to kick some player, As soon as possible. In order to see if a player would have changed gamertag, in order to pass the gamertag filter. Then, we just to add his ip in ip filter. - And ? and..? A graphical user interface (gui) to manage this ? If you do all this, you will be my god, and the god of all the good players of gta!
