Pretty sure someone posted that a few pages back or at least in the Fallout 4 thread. Looks good, shame it won't have the original voice actor though. But that's the price you have to pay with a mod like this.

It took almost 2 years, but I have finally completed the hardcore mode and got the NCR ending this time. It was nothing to write home about, but it's a nice thing that this ancient game can still give at least some enjoyment. Even without mods.

If not for Skyrim, I think New Vegas would be my most-played Bethesda-published game. I wasn't introduced to the series by it (I was definitely intrigued by all the old Fallout 3 adverts way-back-when), but New Vegas was my first full experience with a Fallout title. It's had me captured ever since, and I love it, warts and all. It's obviously overshadowed by Fallout 3 and, only a year later, the release of Skyrim, but I don't think any other game from Bethesda has really reached me the same way. I suppose Obsidian really did have some better ideas, and while it's clear the game is somewhat unfinished, what is there has always been enough. The DLC really do shine where the main game doesn't, but even then, it's such a good RPG experience in a first-person adventure/shooter. Plus, compared to both 3 and 4, it's got some pretty sweet weapons to play with.

 

I'm sure everybody here has already talked it to death, of course. It's over eight years old now. I've personally seen it all, done it all, and am just looking for any excuse to play this game again. Fresh and new. F4NV looks so awesome, even with just a tiny bit of material published, and I hope we see its full release. But, as it is, I guess I'm just going to have to put together an up-to-date mod list and get back to walking the burning sands someday soon. It's been too long, and I've got the itch.

this was recommended to me by youtube   well viewing other youtube content,  I thought it was a new Fallout game, may try it out if I can get  New Vegas to not crash on windows 10

Supposedly The Frontier is not very good at all, kind of like the "Hunt Down the Freeman" of Fallout mods supposedly.

 

The NCR Exiles somehow have more tanks and Vertibirds than the actual NCR had, you fight the Enclave in space complete with "StarFox-esque ship battles, there's an MCU Helicarrier as a location, you have sex with actual lizard people and the combat encounters in Portland are "very CoD-like" with lots of outlandish set pieces.

 

This would be par for the course for normal Fallout mods if the devs weren't insistent that this mod was "100% lore friendly" and trash talked Bethesda's writing during the mod's development. To be fair though, the driving mechanics are the best they've ever been for a Fallout mod so that's a huge plus to at least check it out.

The Frontier has actually been taken off the Nexus. Turns out the ludicrous amounts of disturbing fetishes the devs put into the mod have done their damage.

I couldn't get the The Frontier mod to work after installing it, damn mod was huge and had to many files and depended on to many other mods to get to work properly

 

I keep  all mod links and images and delete the rar/win file download  if I can't get it to work, The Frontier mod was a huge download and as big as a dlc
