And the card can't use 1GB of VRAM because it's just too slow, so you'll be paying for nothing if you buy a 1GB 9600GT. Get atleast a 1GB 9800GT or HD4850 if you want to play the game at your native resolution (which you should, otherwise what's the point of having such a big monitor). It was released in January 2008 and so far its performance is great. I'm running it at 3.0 GHz, it's not overclocked yet. I know it can easily reach 4.0 GHz with air-cooler. Because the Recommened Graphics card is 8600GT i got 9400GT. And the Recommened Processor is C2Q...So, why i cant run it on Minium then...with 25FPS that wasnt good requirements of rockstar, it should be Minium Requirements 8600GT - Recommened 9600GT... Dude, be happy that the game runs at all. Minimum requirements means that the game will Run and that is all. They don't promise more than 1 frame every 5 seconds, they don't promise smooth game play, all they promise is that you will be able to start the game. For future reference, try not to expect a pleasurable experience when running a game on minimum requirements. 95% of the time you will be disappointed.
