Neal40000
arrgh no respect for a camaro lover like me though huh ? too bad, i love yours. Â Â at first i thought that was a million, theres a ups van thats ran on the same engine for 1 million miles, guess youve gota beat that now. epoxi
Yay! Thanks for the respect. This is the most real milestone on the forum. Â If that happened to me, I'd probably cause a pileup: slamming on the brakes to make sure it wouldn't change.
Pat
It only just now hit 100,000 miles? Jesus, it's been around for 18 years. Â How many did it have when you bought it?

Edmachine
Hahaha, congratulations, Pico! Didn't expect to see that. Could you calculate how many rotations have the wheels done? Pico
Thanks guys I'm proud of her myself, although I've got a feeling she won't reach the 170K or so miles my Beretta did.  @epoxi, lol I was out for a cruise so I was anticipating it. Rolled around a lot for the last half mile lol.  @Pat, yeah the low mileage was a huge reason I went for it. Figured it couldn't be that bad, but it's actually a bit worse than I'd hope. Too much rust is starting to f*ck it up  @Ronnyboy, lol yeah, got a while till 250K. My brothers Lumina had over 250K, i think like 277K or so... it had to be on it's second engine at least.  @Edmachine, with out measure the tires directly (guessing the diameter at 21"), they've each made 8,007,279 rotations! The rear ones have probably made a few hundred or thousand more due to all the burn outs, lol.
Mega
Lovely!!!! Congratulations, a car is ment to be driven! Signature soon.
chris
I have 145k coming up in around 300 miles or so, ill have to make one of these. Â Congratulations anyways pico, i had no idea the camaro's top speed was 110mph i always imagined more.
-slash
Woo. Â Â The Silvia ticked over 222,222 kilometres the other day. About 138,000 miles in your boys language.
Pico
Not bad on the 240 -slash. My S13 had 137,000 I think when the connecting rod went. Â @Pav, f*ck yeah, drive it like you stole it! Â @chris, it's the V6 version. The V8's go up to something like 150mph. I've pushed the needle past 110 though. I don't think there's a governor on the car like there was in my Beretta which cut out at 112 while the speedo went to 120. I've probably gotten the Camaro around 115. Sad because it's pretty much dead after that, and kind of unsettled. My old 240 felt damn solid and was still pulling at 120mph, but I was young so and new to high speeds so I backed off. GTA3Rockstar
 @Edmachine, with out measure the tires directly (guessing the diameter at 21"), they've each made 8,007,279 rotations! The rear ones have probably made a few hundred or thousand more due to all the burn outs, lol. Wouldn't it be 91,826,087 rotations? (21 * 3.14= (69inch / 12) = 5.75 then (5280 * 100,000= 528,000,000)= 3,036,000,000 / 5.75)    Anyways, congrats and hopefully another 100k. Pico
My mistake, I forgot to go from inches to feet on the circumference of the tire! I was at work posting from my phone, so I was kinda rushing  And yep, hopefully another 100K! I'd be happy with 50K
epoxi
You want big numbers? Count engine revolutions. Â I believe some cars come with a very literal rev. counter.

Black-hawk
Sweet, that's really low for a Camaro of that vintage. Keep her trucking. Â Oh and if anyone cares, just two days ago I rolled 86k km's on my Grand Cherokee.
