The minimum age here is 18, and I was born 13.02.1987, on a friday (remember here we have 31 months and 12 days a year ), and I know and play GTA since I was 12. The hot coffe case, it was angry parents who stood up and sued R* right? So this must mean that some under age kid (if it was a grown up he wouldt get caught that easy) was playing Gta SA with Hot Coffe Mod and a parents must have seen it. When I first started on a Sinclair ZX80 you had to program the games yourself. You thought getting GTA IV to run was difficult, 1k of memory didn't get you very far then.
