HELP ME PLEASE! - GTA IV Save Games

Hello

 

I have a Windows Live Account at GTA IV that needs an internet connection in order to let me play. I now have to go on holidays somewhere that I don't have any internet connection and I would like to resume my game from where I am now. So, I made an offline account and saved my game. After I went to the place where GTA IV Save Games are kept which is "C:\Users\-my.user.name-\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames" and found 3 folders(2 folders for my 2 accounts and 1 account called user_invalid which is for something else). I found my Online Account at folder 1 since it had more save-games and I copied all the files inside the other folder-folder 2 which held my Offline save-games.(Of caurse I backed up all the Rockstar Games folder before). Then I started the Game and "signed" in my Offline Account. However when I pressed Start to begin the game after a while it said Invalid Save Game, please check your disk or something like that. I found out that the Online Save Games have a different stacture-format from the Offline Save Games and so I can't just copy-paste them to another account. What I actually wanted to do was to copy my saves from the online account to the offline for some days, play the game while on holiday and then them back home copy-paste the saves from the Offline to the Online Account again. I failed...what can I do??? Is there any converter that converts Online Save-Games to Offline ones...I don't think so...can anyone help as soon as possible(tommorow I'm leaving...)

Hey...I found this at this forum - that should work...I'll ckeck it out but if someone can offer something more becuase I am not so sure that thing will actually work - I found it by luck while viewing some other threads that looked interesting!!!
