MadCookie
I have GTA 4 boxed PC version. And i recently acquired a new Graphics card (ATI x1950 series) and this problem ocurred: All light sources and reflections have jagged edges, and that makes the game look all "fuzzy" and it's pretty tiring for eyes too, i did not have the same problem with my previous card (GeForce 8600GT). It wont go away no matter what settings i use, currently i have all settings to the max (some medium) and i get no lag, but the jagged edges kinda ruin the point of high res textures. It's weird with reflections too, cause for an example, if i change my water detail to high/very high it looks like its supposed to, but only for about 20seconds or so, then it starts turning into pixelated mess. Some of my PC specs: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 Dual Cpu E2180 @ 2.00 GHz 2.00 Ghz 2.00Gb RAM ATI radeon X1950 512MB DDR4 also have the latest video drivers installed and some screenshots to give an idea of what i am talking about:
MadCookie
so noone knows what to do? anyway i managed to make things better (not totally fixed though) by downloading the " Real environment mod" by Kriller2 which seems to manage the bloom issue by removing it from showing up all the time.
