OysterBarron
Ok so i recently just brought the game using my GAME points on the game website, and when it came i tried it out on hard at first i couldnt find a way to sneak out of the town (of which i have now) but that caused me loads of deaths and ended im Me turning the game off for 3 months plus. Well i just woke up this morning and decided to give it another bash being i have some free time, Now the problem im having now is i have to escape to a farm and when i do the laso across the second gap using the tree i always fall to my death no matter how hard i try,i have died about 18 times now at the same point hence the topic title, i thought games companys had worked it out that us as gamers dont want to be stuck a on certain point for ages exspecially only on the second mission of the game. its seriously winding me up and need help please. Guybrush Threepwood
Well dude, here's a walkthrough, if you're really that stuck. That said, Call Of Juarez is a pretty horrible game. Even if you make it to the end, you're gonna be all kinds of disappointed. Best to just turn it off and see if you can sell it to some unsuspecting sap. OysterBarron
cheers but the FAQ doesnt cover the bit im on its just after this slope. Once you're ready head towards the red blip and make your way through theravine. There'll be some explanations on how to do the simple stuff such as use the radar, jump, and slide down steep slopes. The slope can be tricky if you go down the wrong side, so always look before you start sliding and never go for a drop of more than 20 feet or so. Face forward and hold back as you drop to make it the ground safely. After this you have to climb 2 rocks then swing down from one platform to the next using lasso and a tree, then its the one after that theres a large gap with a tree and a drop that kills and i just cant make it to the other ledge even using my momentum what am i doing wrong!!!! ahhhhhh
PacMaan
Google it theres hundreds of walkthroughs - try youtube too I thought it was a great game - if you don't like it, why stress yourself out playing it?
Daz
Call of Jaurez is one of the best games I have played. I dont know why people must insist on playing games on the hardest difficulty the first time round. I would prefer to experience the game's fun and story before I do that. Either way. That sh*t owned. And so should the second.
Drag_Drift
I didn't like it much, but I loved the graphics. It's the first game I played that had a DX10 mode that totally rocked. To me, the name is a big rip-off of Call of Duty.
Daz
Its nothing f*cking like call of duty you idiot. Also its sh*t on pc, and unless you got to level 6 or beyond then you dont have a say in how good it was.

I don't know how the game plays on PC, but the graphics sh*t all over the 360 and PS3, and sh*ts all over them again. That's how much better the graphics look on PC. I didn't have the chance to try it on the consoles, I figure those 'high noon' showdowns would be as hard as f*ck with a joystick.
G MONEY $$$
I'm pretty much with Daz on this one. Although I think it could have been better, it was actually a decent game and I enjoyed it a lot.
OysterBarron
I had a feeling that i would enjoy it, got past that bit last night that i was stuck on. goto the part that you do in the original demo now i love the reverant kicking arse. does anyone else experience lag in multiplayer? i spawned up and saw another person spawn up across the road, he hadnt seen me so i stalked him, was right behind him then aimed my double pistol and shot him in the head 3 times with both guns, he the turned round and blated me with a single shotgun shell serious lag! chennaz321
Strange thing is, I thought the game was awesome. It had a mix of loads of western films, a great story and who here doesn't love a priest with pistols !
