need outside help for matching face skin w/ model

Hi guys...

 

I've made a Christian Bale skin through Photoshop and the result is attached below:

Question:

 

Is there any way to edit Niko's head model so that the nose doesn't look big, and match the size of the skin's nose?

pre, there's no way to edit GTAIV 3d models YET, but i bet, and sure there would be some way someday
