I read the sticky and everything, and I still don't understand how to get there. Furthermore, I miraculously got to rank 4; but I never played a rank game because I never went to a rank game through my phone. One of my friends told me it should be in the multi-player menu but it's not there. I only play custom games because that's all I know... In order to get better read this thread. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=400424 Learn to do the headshot.
