Unrar it and then just copy and paste onto your memory stick in the SAVEDATA section, it has all of the things that you wanted. And is a EURO version savegame. Yes, there is a smart suit, yes it is slot number three. to put it on your psp: Unzip it with winrar; Make a backup of all of your VCS Save files if you want to keep your other files; Copy the save that you want (they are both exactly the same) into your psp, in a folder called savedata; If a message comes up saying do you want to overwrite... click yes to all; Load up game, the save should automatically load, if not, just go to load game and click on the save that is in saveslot 3.
