4870x2 low fps rate

hi

 

 

the game was run perfect befor patch 3

after patch 3 I'm getting a lower fps rate ,the game Freeze in some places and some times i have RESC10

I have tried evey thing memrestrict , update Catalyst 9.4, video capture off

 

 

my system specs
