User Breaking point error! Whats this?

I tried to do some research on this error but for some reason it seems most of you are getting different errors and theres not much info on mine. I will be playing for about 20 minutes and every time it will freeze and I get this window box that pops up saying User breaking point error. It also says that after I close the dialog error box that I can resume playing but it will be unstable. Then I close the box and GTA IV shuts down and Im back into windows. Any patches or anything for this one?

 

I only have installed up to 1.0.2 because I like using my mods. Yes I am aware that one of my mods could be causing this, but does anyone have anymore info on this specific error message? Let me know if any of these mods have problems.
