Actually, he's right. If you run that benchmark ten times, you'll get anything between avgFPS-10% to avgFPS+10%. So (50.14-48.98)/48.98=2.4% increase means nothing. Go to the app data folder for your user name which is hidden by default, so you need to unhide hidden folders. Then Local and delete the aATI folder then go back a step and go in to the local low I beleive and delete the ati folder. Reboot, install problem solved.
