elBATCHo
I started having video problems and weird colors in all my games after the 185.20 that came out a few days ago, Im still using the 182.08 with no problems.
nemesi5
Still sticking to 185.20, 185.66 was horrible and I bet this one didn't fix anything either.

Th3 ProphetMan
The best driver for GTA4 is probably the only one nvidia released with the game in mind, the 180.84. I think nvidia aren't considering GTAIV a mainstream title maybe just because of the poor performance, so each new driver atm just gets you further away from any possible optimization 180.84 has for the GTAIV. Besides, i've seen rockstar toronto recomend them here in the forums as well, so if you especially care about this game's performance, forget about a magic new driver. just my opinion though

Many people have had better performance increases including me, tho it is in alpha stage. It is considered the best driver, not 180.

Th3 ProphetMan
I guess it depends also on the video card. On my PC i have finally gone back to 180.84 and i even got rid of stuttering so they are by far the best for me so far, i will check those you mention though, since being a complete new version maybe they have the good things from 180.xx and 182.xx
