GTAdedan
to let the reflection disappear you should make the texture transparant like the original face texture. you can do that with photoshop, just lower the opacity

GTAdedan
take the face texture, open it in an editing program such as photoshop, lower the opicaty to something like 15%, save it, put it back in to the wtd and save it.

That might work, but it won't really work very well. Instead, take the original Niko's face texture (the one that's all transparent and stuff), paste it in another layer over your face texture, click on the icon of the layer with the original texture, then press Ctrl + I, select the layer with your texture again and press delete. That will make the texture transaprent, while still keeping the correct ammount of bump and reflection maps on the face. Oh, and before doing all that, select the lower part of your texture, the one that has the teeth, eyes, tongue and all that crap and make a copy of it in another layer and then don't touch that layer when doing the stuff I explained earlier. Otherwise, the eyes will be completely black in-game.
