With beaches, girls in bikinis, awsome outfits, white dress, cool hair awsome graphics, like a real miami vice game. That would be awsome. New characters and awsome outfits like hawai shirt and use some of outfits in vice city and vice city stories. Wouldn't that be awsome or what? Say your opinion. They announced GTA IV would be Liberty City well over a year before it was released if I remember correctly (although it was delayed 6 months).
