People who recive the messages or send them, will be subject to child porn charges, usually 5 years in jail, and having to register as a permanet sex offender. I do it on MSN webcab chat, its fine really. Do you think kids deserve these penalties? Or do you think its fine like I do. Even with her erm "important bits" censored this image is still dodgy - cc I got that a few days ago. And I added that censored white dots. Chess, maybe, but not flipping open your Samsung and getting your rocks popped by a girl in a Tonka truck. I'm all for the freedom of sharing nude images if... i) You're of legal age. This varies of course, but I'd say 18 and above for sure. That's the age for pornography distribution and production (21 in many states) and I believe there's no real difference between this and the nude shots you'd see in a 16 dollar magazine full of hairy pie. ii) You're damn careful and you're not a dick. The amount of horror stories I've heard from friends that have come and gone is that their life is over because Brad saw a close up, blurry shot of someone tits. Great to receive, and beats the hell out of a text message telling you how many free minutes you have left. If you're a child and don't know what it means to do so it's should be stopped. In saying that I think it should only apply to our current society, I long for a day when the word "penis" won't give your grandmother a heart-attack.
