You have to complete 15 for the easier one's (protection racket, loan shark and prostitution) plus 6 missions for smuggling, robbery and drugs. nerner Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Edit: Damn too slow, you win again Flesher! That outfit is called The Smart Suit Outfit. It is unlocked through Empire Mode. Unlocked afterfinishing level 15 of all six empire business types. A similar outfit is the Pastel Suit which is unlocked after finishing the story mission “Brawn of the Dead”.
