Dwaynes goons

i searched for dwayne and goons in the search bar but only found people ranting bout killing x or d.

 

if i need the goons, can i call them if im like 20 floors up inside a hotel building or in the middle of a gunfight in a dark abandond building? if yes, how long till theyd arrive?

 

if they cant do what i asked above, then how does it go down? can i call them after i get the mission? do they come to me or do i pick them up? and what type of firepower do they carry?

Why don't you try that and see what happens?

 

They usually arrive by car if you're on the road (I never tried calling them inside a building). You have to wait until they are close enough, so they can exit their car and join you.

 

You can call them anytime, I think, even during a mission. They come to you, you just need to wait. There will be a mark on the map showing where they are. I don't remember quite well, but their firepower is based on SMGs and pistols. However they're pretty tough. They can be shooted over and over and still fighting back. Even Niko can't stand so much damage. It takes a while to get rid of them hehe.

I tried to get them in a mission once but they didnt show up. Hopefully it was a on off because i would imagine they would come in very handy during a hard mission

Yeah you can call them during a mission. There's a mission at a Chinese restaurant and I called them before I entered. They were great. They distracted the enemy so it was easier to do the mission. That mission isn't hard, I just love those guys.
