GTA 4 "vista sp1"

I need help playing GTA IV(4) im currently using 'Vista'.

I bought GTA 4 and installed it and i updated GTA 4 and played it and suddenly a problem occured.

It said:

RMN40

 

And i tried to do the problem and so some people said that i should update my vista to Windows Vista SP1 and so i did, after i was done

a message appeared that i have already Windows Vista SP1 installed and so i right clicked at the GTAIV.exe and Properties->Compatibility->Compatiblity Mode

and i saw nothing only Windows 95, Windows 98/Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0 (SP5), Windows 2000, Windows XP (SP2), and Windows Server 2003 (SP1), no "Windows Vista SP1".

 

Can someone, just anybody please help me!!!. I really want to play this game badly and i have already met the recommended requirements for 'GTA 4'.
