I wouldn't say London is worse than compton or the bronx, but there are places in London that has alot of poor people and crime. and for example London def have more crime than San francisco, yet that city was in a gta game... San Francisco don't have that much Gangs and thugs.. its a happy place to stay. except for OAKLAND. So violent it can be compared like the one in South Central LA and New ORleans.. I was just making a point that if you can have San Francisco in a gta game, you can def have London in one cus it has way more crime than san fran. I honestly don't think the la ghettos are THAT much worse than the London ghettos, I mean even here in sweden where I currently am we have ghettos where you can get killed just by going to and the London ghettos are by far worse than the swedish ones. The sort of place where you DO need a million pounds to survive. These sort of areas, though, would act as home for your character later in the story. They're only really in busy parts of high streets and mostly around pubs (for obvious reasons) maybe the odd cctv car driving around the rest are the ones shops and other businesses etc use The media might make it seem like it but you're not on camera all the time. Not to mention Stanstead and Gatwick slighly further out to the south and west respectively. London and the surounding countryside, say Surrey to Essex could potentially make for an excellent game.
