Couple of questions, GTA:SA

I was wondering how to change what shop i can mod a car at. I would like to mod an emperor (replaced with a 95 impala) at loco low garage.

 

Also, i have a hummer sut mod, i have installed/uninstalled it a few times with no problem but the last time i did it now has like a greyish color for the tires, interior and a few other black items. Also on a few other cars, 3 total. I have replaced virtually every vehicle in the game.

Last char in the vehicles.ide line applies to the wheels.

-1 = no option to change wheels

0 = normal custom wheels

1 = streetracer wheels

2 = lowrider wheels

 

As for the shop itself, that's in the handling flags. I'll take the default slamvan as an example

In the 2nd part of the flags, the 7th digit (the orange one) is the one that has an influence here. By 7th digit, I mean the 7th digit from the right.

If the 2nd part of the flags has less digits, put 0's (zeros) in front of it untill you have the required 7 digits.

 

here's the options for the 7th digit :

0: nothing

1: USE_MAXSP_LIMIT

2: LOW_RIDER

4: STREET_RACER

 

So 0 would be normal, 1 would use the max speed limit (the green value, not used by default in the game), 2 means it's tuneable at Loco Low Co instead of the normal tuning shop, and 4 means it's tuneable at Wheel Arch Angels instead of the usual shop.

Note that 3 and 5 are also valid options. 3 would be option 1 + option 2, and 5 would be 1+4.
