Unobtainable Get out of jail Free card

Do you remember the GOOJFC which is north of the Bayano train station, don't you? It's over some train tracks, high enough to be impossible to get. I've been trying to get this using lots of methods, involving car jumps and looking for ways to get to the station roof, but I've failed. Could someone please tell me how to get it?

I am not familiar with the three big cities because i only play multiplayer. If you can mark the jail card on a map and tell me what city it is i will show you how to get it. (in version 9.6F)

The red circles show the location. However, I doubt you find the way if you aren't able to know even where it is.

It's not easy, but it's quite doable. If you follow the tracks to the north, you'll eventually come across a small parking lot with a large ramp. Take the Rumbler parked there and use the ramp to jump sideways, on top of the building the tracks go through. This may take a few tries, as you have to land on a narrow ledge, which contains some steep roofs. If you manage to land safely on this ledge you can drive to the other side of the building (use the handbrake to get your car over the steep roofs, or just walk). Then just follow the tracks to the get outta jail freecard.

 

You can also try another ramp that's somewhere halfway the tracks. It's used to jump over the tracks to a building with vehicle mines and a GTA2 badge. You can probably use this ramp to get to the get outta jail freecard if you manage to land precisely on top of the tracks, but that seems insanely hard.

I had discovered that parking lot and I had guessed that it could be used to get to the tracks, but I did some jumps and i gave up because I wasn't able to put the car on the tracks (the car always fell down from thew tracks). After your post I tried that jump again. After about twenty tries (and being wasted lots of times) I eventually managed tog et there with a Cop Car. I wasn't able to get the card becuase halfway I saw a roof close to the tracks and I thought "Hey, I'm going to explore that roof". I walked to the roof and I got somehow wasted! I wasn't able to get there again.

I had also tried the second way you said, but that's even more difficult, as you say.

Now I know how to get it, I'm sure i'll never use it. It's not worth all that trouble.

 

EDIT: OK, I've been able to get there twice more (only when using a Cop Car), but Iill never use it.

Oh you already found a solution. I was planning to use a glitch to get there . Like the molotov jump glitch fomr 9.6 but triggered in another way because they tried to fix it in 9.6F.
