Why not post here and share with all your GTA4 Multiplayer chums. I was in the middle of a TDM in colony island(Thanx SJ) and spouts of water start spraying up from the floor all around me like water from the fire hydrants. I kept falling over from them while the other team member who couldn't see the water streams killed me! It's only happened once but i did see water spraying up from nowhere a while after that, needless too say i stayed away from that bastard! In a race this guys car kept flying all over the track knocking my car about while he drove jumpy yet normal and in control. During a race i hit a hydriant, all i can remember is seeing a line of 5 water spraying up in a row lol Was either on top of the car or behind, i just remember seeing the line of water ha ha Oh yeah just remember this, talking about hydriants ha ha Pulled up in a car and knocked down a hydriant, water was next to the drivers door. I go out and get blasted in the air, doing a flip over the car and land on my feet Yeah its hard racing someone that lags but drives good. I took the highway and did the jump off the broken part, just as i did that the other guy in the chopper flew right under my car. It was like an action movie or something! Can someone tell me how you get under the map near the airport. I have seen the videos of flying into the tower on the middle island but i saw these people going under on the outside of the airport. I was pelting him with sniper fire from a roof when he got to a helicopter and attacked. I got off the roof and ran for cover and this maniac crashed his copter right into me and killed us both, but he won the match. Points for creativity. AceMustDie Posted April 8, 2009 Author Share Posted April 8, 2009 I was playing for a few hours the other night and started getting bored, so i joined a Deal Breaker with a rank 10. Whenever i start a DB when i'm bored i drop a grenade near the car outside and run to the other car. So i drove off then he quit and sent me a message saying "WTF you only do that when there is 3 or 4 people" I don't know what it is but i feel the need to piss off the level 9s and 10s in the hope they will leave the game. But i did one match seriously for a change with a level ten and i made it under 7 mins. He took the helicopter approach because he took to long to get in my car so i drove off. Couple methods - harder being the ESB (empire state building ) glitch easier being the Firefly Island glitch. I've also heard there is another glitch which is probably the second one you're mentioning. If you're on same time as me tomorrow, we should get to freemode and I can show you these glitches, they're pretty amusing. Got into a FM with MrJohn last week and some dude was in the hangar glitch blowing people and chopper up, so I grabbed a chopper with MrJohn, we glitched inside and took out the glitcher, who then went conveniently AFK Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Eventually, he crashed into the water. So, as you do, I flew down to get into position low over the water to shoot him up as he swam back to shore. I get in position, but he disappears and reappears above me, helicopter intact, rams me and sends me into the sea. Worst case of lag I’ve had. On my screen it looks like i hit them and they fall but they appear behind or beside me standing and filling my windows with bullets. Captain_Obvis456 Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 OK I was playing BTB2 and we fly to the ship and land on the back( I am a passenger in the heli) and when we land we are right up against the wall of the ship. I hit the f key to exit( blades of heli are still spinning even though we are up against the wall) and I go flying up in the air like I have landed on the spinning blades and it throws me in the air and into the water. Everyone else got out fine. I was like"huhhhhhhh?" It didn't throw me far, just a pain to have to swim around and get back to the boat. Bizarre glitch though. In free mode with friendly fire off I do this thing where I keep showering the same guy with bullets from my helicopter the whole game. First I walk around a bit and note who attacks me. Then I get a heli and go and shower him. It must be pretty irritating having some relentless idiot constantly firing annihilator bullets at you even though they don’t do any damage - the noise I suppose and the malice it represents. Anyway, the guy spends his whole game walking or running because any car, boat or helicopter he gets into ends up destroyed almost immediately (I start shooting them up before he even gets in them). And if he ignores me and stops displaying irritation, I swoop down and blade him into the air. What surprises me though is how other players react. I don’t understand this: you take the time to get a SultanRS and drive it across the map, then just before you get to the airport you see a guy walking down the highway followed by a shower of bullets pouring down from the sky like rain, so what do you do? You stop and give him a lift of course. I don’t get that. It blew up before it moved off again. In the end, nobody wanted to give him a lift. On foot the whole game followed by a rain cloud. Didn't get killed once while up there. Of course, after I got 4 or 5 kills killing ppl coming over to see the spectacle, I had to resort to killing ppl spawning there...lol And I couldn't bring myself to jump out cuz I thought it was so cool. And a similar glitch to this is the one in Bohan by the Emergency room where it rains Ambulances. There is no better cover in the game than a pile of 20 or so ambulances! So the others get to the second part of the mission and all i see is a helicopter appear at the whatchamacallit point. I get in and go with them to do with mission but i wouldn't get ponits for killing the russian(whatever they are) on the ship. Everyone finished the mission and i was still talking to the other guy in the mission on the mic. He could see me jumping of the ship during the scoreboard screen. So i spent a while f*cking around and askin if he could see it. I ended up killig myself with grenades but i stil passed the mission. So I would spawn with a dude right in front of me, would go to shoot and was too close so I could only pistol whip him. Could see two other dudes across the street going through the same thing. It just kept happening over and over again. At least it was only the last minute. I was cracking up because when you spawn the last thing you expect is someone right on your back. I was only $49 until level 10 and I was trying to see how close I could get to it without going over. What you'd have to do is get close to 2 people shooting it out and once 1 died grab the money before the other guy. Couple times I went over $49 and I had to kill myself and start over. I would see 2 guys get close to each other and I'd drive over and try to bump 1 guy with my car so he would get killed and then jump out to collect the cash before the other guy killed me. It was so much fun and not easy to do. As you can see once I bumped 1 guy too much and he died so I had to kill myself to lose the cash. Then I would just dodge the other guys and randomly blow things up. I always wondered what the other guys thought. This level 9 guy not killing anyone and doing strange things. Lots of fun though. My team mate (we both had headsets) burst out laughing because he just saw me slithering around while lying on the ground. I surely couldn't shoot anyone but others could kill me... funny stuff. When we finish the spawn killing I'd pick him up and we'd fly back. Every game he'd make some comments in the chat window while I flew home. For those who don't play on PC you have to hit the Y key to open the chat window and then you just type your message. Well After killing off the bikers that spawn on the highway I start flying and I notice he isn't typing( you can see someone typing, it's similar to when someone speaks with the mikes you can see that). All of a sudden he jumps out of the heli. Apparently he thought he hit the Y key and he started typing. When he hit the F key which is the key to jump out of a vehicle, out he went. CHARGER and myself go to get into one of the cars in the garage. We get in the car but it won't start. We get out and back in again, and the car literally starts floating in the garage. Another get out and back in attempt rectified this but it was pretty funny, like "WTF, why won't the car start? Oh sh*t, we're floating?!?!?!?!?!" Fish In A Barrel: I'd set up a Disallow/Colony Island match. Half the time these days I set the room up as AA On and change at the last second, hoping people will enjoy it and stick around for a few games. This time I had it set to disallow so people knew what was going on. It could have been perfect, 4 teams of 3, a few high level people in the game. Within 5 minutes everybody but myself and 3 n00bs had quit or got disco'd. The 3 n00bs were on different teams which is why this became so amusing. At some point they must have messaged eachother because they were clustered on the far end of the map and suddenly, for the next 10 minutes of this game, I had them doing nothing but trying to drive me over or blow me up, meaning constant cars and rockets coming my direction. I got lucky with the spawns as I had armor, M4, sniper and RPG all within running distance and had some luck on my side in being able to position then switch weapons without dying. Ended up going something like 35-0 but it was more the insanity factor of shoot guy out of car, blow up second car, dodge rocket, shoot dude as he reloads rocket round, turn and snipe guy getting in car, M4 guy behind me, blow up third guy in car, run, get ammo, get armor. It was f*cking INTENSE. n00bs or not, the sheer volume of cars and rockets thrown at me was crazy and the fact I lived through it all. 2 of the 3 messaged me after asking how I did it (no accusations of cheating or anything) and I had to say honestly I just stayed calm, made sure I had all my weapons and got lucky.
