You might have a lot of trouble getting the thing flying for more than 2 seconds without an analog control, unless you like playing Track and Field on the NES... There's tons of guides and YouTube videos on how to fly the thing, but it isn't easy and will tumble at the slightest change in direction or height. The effect is a mixture of flying the San Andreas Dodo with the frame limiter off, and the RC helicopters which flip over uncontrollably, especially with a digital input like a keyboard or D-pad. I just didn't get the tips to translate to success. Isn't the dodo and timed missions the hardest aspect of GTA3? Not a topic where you ramble on about the hardest aspects of III gameplay. As for me, about 17 mins and 50 or so seconds, with a successful, but sketchy landing.
