specialsyco
I installed GTA IV and everything was smooth except when i click launch from rockstar social club, it minimizes and nothing happens except a process called launchGTAIV.exe starts up and goes away after a couple of seconds. I've seen other people with the same problem but I never found a definite fix. Any solutions? don't think it really matters but here are my specs: CPU: Intel E8500 Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P PSU: Antec Earthwatts 500w Memory: OCZ Reaper HPC 2 x 2GB DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) OS: Windows XP 32bit Video Card: xfx geforce 9800 gtx+ black edition
mkey82
This is probalby securom acting up but they have removed the official Securom fix (R* for some reason didn't like it). The only thing that remains to be done is to find some sort of third party loader if you would actually like to play the game.

geokes
Got this 2 on the steam version, new problem. I've tried re-installing: GTA and RGSC and GFWL and still nothing EDIT (FIX): First uninstall .NET 3.5 Then install this http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/0.../dotnetfx35.exe Then this http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en And it should work (it did for me) Edited April 7, 2009 by geokes
