CoMPMStR Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 You can use IV Needle to edit the weapons' fire rates. It's located in the Assets tab, look for fire rate and blind fire rate. This is a multiplier, so 1.0 would be normal speed and 2.0 would be twice as fast. Also, this doesn't change the fire rate while in a vehicle, only on foot. If you insist on using notepad to edit the file, this is what the assets section looks like (I used the deagle): <assets model="w_eagle"> <anim group="[email protected]" meleegroup1="firearm_core"> <rates firerate="2.5" blindfirerate="2.5"/> </anim> <effects> <muzzle fx="muz_pistol_large"/> <shell fx="weap_ejected_pistol"/> </effects> </assets> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
