I was getting tired of always having to change scripts to test CLEOs ('cause I wasn't sure if some would work with TC - NYC or DYOM) so I made this....

 

It's a helpful tool for all coders out there. And it's MUCH MORE than a stripped .scm.

 

Features

1. The Coords Menu

Up there, they are listed your X, Y, Z, Angle (A) and Interior (Int).

It's not much of use because of SB's coord tool, but maybe helpful for finding interiors.

You can turn it off/on by pressing 3.

 

2. Status Saving

Whenever you want to save your position (and interior), press 5.

A file "DEBUGSA.INI" will be created in your San Andreas User Files folder, and it will be read at start-up.

 

3. Teleport to Marker

Go to the in-game map and press RMB to mark it.

Then press 4 to teleport there.

 

4. Easy mission starting

Put up to 5 .cms in your CLEO folder (named mis1.cm mis2.cm ... mis5.cm).

In-game press 8 to open the mission panel, and you can start any custom mission from there.

 

5. $ONMISSION manipulating

By press in-game 7, you can change the $ONMISSION variable to 1 or 0.

 

6. Wanted Level Manipulating

By pressing in-game 8, you can turn the wanted level on/off (and SAMs, too!)

 

7. A Sandking

Always when you start the Debug Mode, you'll have a Sandking with a special numberplate (biggrin.gif) in front of ya.

*You need SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer) to install it.

**The mod is a MPACK, so you'll still be able to play the normal game.

***Go to start new game and choose "DEBUG SAN ANDREAS".

****The mod uses CLEO opcodes, so your game might crash if not installed.

One thing I think would be cool is a crash report. Like while SA is loading, playing it writes a log or txt somewhere on what cleo, ipl, ide, col, cars are loaded in case it crashes. That'd be cool smile.gif

That would be cool, I can do something like "game originality" check --> so it checks if all the files are existing and NOT modded. What about that?

 

But I don't know if I could make a .txt readeable in notepad - because it would be hard-coded; but I'll make an option to view it in-game smile.gif

It looks like the file check isn't possible, when it checks the size of a file (so it knows if it's modded) it returns as -1 sad.gif

BTW, what is SA:LC ?

A Mod which brings the GTAIII LC In San Andreas.

Nice mod, anyways... But can't it be in CLEO (.cs)? I'd much pefer to be able to use my save game, custom built for mod testing smile.gif

Actually, it looks like someone doesn't know what an MPACK exactly is, or YOU can't read my statement. With an MPACK, you cannot use old games cuz it's a different scm and script.img. I'd have to make a new save unique to that MPACK.

Hey guys, I have a little prob.. I had installed SA Debug Mod and I choose Debug Mod when I started new game. But I cant enable all its features except Sandking car. Anyway, thx for this mod, it's so cool~
