The blurb for "III" was "welcome to America's worst city" to take a bit of the worry out of gamers playing with weapons and vehicles that could kill peds. Don't worry if you run over someone in a race--they were probably someone horrible. That's also why kids don't appear. It reminds me of the irony of the VC Haitian/Cuban controversy. Some people's argument was that some of the cutscene lines of those gangs (but not the repre- sentation of every other group by the worst of their kind or Cortez' hatred of the French) was bigotry that needed to be removed--from a context of a display of the worst of human nature?! Saying Hitler was esp. notably evil so doesn't belong among the worst of all kinds is ironic like that. As long as you use him for one of the most evil characters like Tenpenny who gets killed (too bad Catalina's a woman), and not C.J., Sweet, or Cesar or such, and make a choice that makes fun of him (like many did, from Charlie Chaplin and Mel Brooks to the Three Stooges)--not his victims (like Gilbert recently selfishly hurt someone by doing), it's not to favor something you should never give any support to or hurt people recklessly and not care. Besides, my opinion about Hitler is positive... And no, I'm not talking about killing people from other races, but the main goal of his work. Killing jews, gipsies and etc. was just plain stupid and he had no reason to do it. But coin-god here is doing a great job, give him a break, and stop talking about "racist or not" arguments, because this is just a modification, which you can use for anything.
