It plays on Wave 103 right after "Penthouse and Pavement" by Heaven 17. If you look at VCS with UMDGEN you`ll notice that there`s a file called either Wave_US or Wave_EU depending on your gameversion and the EU one is smaller in size. As it really is not rocket science to be able to keep vehicles in a garage. Just open and close it before starting any missions, or roaming, it is a certified method. EDIT: Well, in fact the only vehicle where this is currently possible is the Police Car. I`ve never bothered about searching it for other vehicles since I`m not really interested in vehicle modding... But it`s definately possible to find !
