I am still playing Max Payne. After watching the Trailer and looking at the Older version of Max Payne, It made me lol.

Am just watching the one hour gameplay footage from the beginning...god. It looks so good, even on Xbox. Can't wait to see this on PC.

I'll just be avoiding this thread until I buy and beat MP3. Some people are dicks, I swear. I remember on a forum (could have been this one), someone spoiled RDR for me in the thread title. Until then, good day.

Well, I'm not reading the posts here because I don't want any spoiler, but why do our rival crew is that Payne Killers, with almost 3000 members?

That's unfair.

Payne Killers is a "Public Crew" which means it has an unlimited roster put in place by Rockstar. They've made about 8 or so with Rockstar type themes, they're nothing special, just catch all crews for people coming in off the streets. Our stats are measured differently as a "Featured Crew" with a capacity of 300. Once in game you also notice we have a Gold Tag as opposed to anyone in the lobby, I've been trying to figure out whether that's unique to the GTAF tag or if every other crew sees their members highlghed that way. Anyone running in another Crew at the moment? Let me know if your tag is white or gold.

I guess invites expire after a while or something? sent a request to the GTAF Crew before heading off to work and Meta invited me 10 hours ago according to my Notifications, yet I applied for The Redcoats and Mike invited me 7 hours ago and it came up in the Crew Invite thing, guess I'll just spam Meta with requests til something happens xD

Great compilation vid and great song.

 

R* has always done a fantastic job in their choice of music in their games. With Max Payne 3, the songs definitely enhance the atmosphere and setting, regardless of where Max is or what situation he finds himself in. None of the tracks feel tacked on or anything like that.

 

BTW, I'm currently compiling the list of licensed songs that appeared in the game. I'm wondering if it's best to put it here or in the Max Payne 3 Forums? Maybe I'll put it in both, whatever.

I've been playing on the XBOX with free-aim. It can be difficult but its probably more fun. On hardcore mode I bet it will be brutal.

I think Albert De Silva was the original name for Wilson and the person who "leaked" out that name thought that was the protagonists' name for "V", but that's just me.

It is interesting that nobody knows the name, it is also featured in 13th chapter, get you pumped up for shootout .
