Why would R* allow this to happen, Just ruins all online play use the GFWL complaint button and start to ban these lame ass losers in addition to the returning cheaters. microsoft has done NOTHING to ban well known cheaters. if i could find charlies quote id use it but i do remember him saying something like " why is it that after 2 months we are still seeing WELL KNOWN cheaters online?" stopping cheating is only half the problem, you have to ban the worst offenders too. Actually you're mistaken charlie, if we look at the "reset stars" poll it indicates that a large majority of players don't want anything to do with mods for GTA IV.
