Posted July 5, 2009 Share Posted July 5, 2009 Use SAT instead- http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=2049 Then follow these steps:- Step 1 :- Run the game just when you want to go to Liberty City. Pause the game and Minimize it. Step 2:- Run SAT. There will be a list of place entries on right, check out the second last one it says Liberty City. Step 3:- To get inside the interior of MARCO's Bistro follow this step else skip this step. Double Click on "Inside 'Marco's Bistro' " entry. Step 4:-To get to the outer LC Double Click on 'Marco's Bistro' entry. Step 5:- Click on the Teleport button at the bottom. Step 6:-Maximize your game. Resume it. You will be teleported to LC.
