Grand Theft Auto:Lincoln State

Here's what I made of the story;

 

Ben Lopez, a Mexican ex-drug dealer, has been serving in the U.S Army for at least two years now. His childhood consisted of himself with three younger brothers, with two very abusive parents. At the age of 16, Ben’s father had eventually left the family, murdering the boys mother upon his departure, Ben nor his brothers have seen him since. Enraged with anger and cowering with fear, he was forced to sell drugs to street gangs at the mere age of 16 to simply survive and to take care of his three younger brothers. In 2002, at the age of 20 Ben had enrolled for the U.S Army, to escape his past and create a better life for himself, and his brothers.

 

Two years later, Ben had found millions of dollars worth of diamonds, next to several bodies. He took the diamonds to report to the Sergeant to obtain a medal for honesty. Once reported, the Sergeant took the diamonds, and framed Ben for saying he had killed the people, stole the diamonds and was going to sell them for drugs. This was believed to due the Police having evidence of Ben being an ex-drug dealer. Ben was forced back home to the dreaded Burrington which he had tried to escape.

 

Ben’s oldest brother was informed of Ben’s return, and agreed to pick him up from Burrington Airport. Once met he tells Ben who he is somewhat disappointed that Ben was unable to make a better life for himself. He explains how he has been working for a Puerto Rican drug dealer for several months, and that you should give him a visit once they get back to his runned down house. Once there, you are greeted by your beloved dog from childhood (felt like adding something unusual from other GTA’s), your brother tells you to meet him at the dealers place where he’ll make an introduction, gives you his phone number and tells you that you can use his old Turisimo-328 and throws you the keys. This is your first safe house, it’s medium sized, with two floors but sort of untidy, like the South Bohan safe house in GTA IV. There’s two bedrooms, one for your brother and the other for you. Your brother has not made contact with the others ever since you left for the U.S Army. One is supposedly working hard to become a Politician. Who you’ll meet further in the game to try and help him unfairly to help him be a success in his career. The third has an unknown whereabouts but he will probably be found later on.

 

The Puerto Rican dealer is impressed with Ben’s progress and gun skills when he is told to kill an opposing gang dealer and is told to meet the gangs leader to do some jobs for him. Ben is told that his old Sergeant has sold the diamonds to his father, who is leader of his own criminal empire and major head of the state. Whilst also being a Politician, meaning he is very high in power. Ben tries to create his own criminal empire, in order to compete with his father. When his father finds out that his own son is trying to run him out of the state, he sends men to his house, kidnapping him and his brother and leaving them in the countryside of Carcer City. Not knowing where they are, they escape the country side, accompanied by your loving pet dog, you must follow him in order to find your way out of the countryside, into Carcer City, they’ll find themselves in an extremely busy street. Your brother recognises the area, and tells Ben he’ll try to find the second brothers (the one wanting to become a politician) phone number and will inform you when he does. Ben is left with $270, whilst his father took the rest, his small criminal empire has been destroyed and now has to start from scratch in Carcer City. They stay at the second brothers a lot nicer house, and Ben will now have to do work for him.

 

 

 

 

 

I also thought of another weapon that the first gang you meet could use. The nail-gun. Due to the gang being small and guns being hard to find and only found in secret gun shops like in Liberty City. The gang can use nail guns due to them being easier and cheaper to find than regular guns. It’s still used by pulling a trigger, and can cause severe damage when used.

Ha, that would be quite funny but interesting. She could be the first girlfriend you meet, she's slimmer back then as she is in some concept art if you look. But it turns out she only likes you due to you being a drug dealer where she'd steal some coke off you or something when your not looking. When you find out they break up and she leaves for Liberty City to become the successful drug dealer she is.

 

Sort of makes an interesting story connected to GTA IV.

Does any one have any ideas for a rock station or 2004 Hit music station or something? EDIT: I made a classic rock station. Its song-less, though. I know a few good songs for it. Still need other stations.

In the events of GTA IV, which is set in 2008, Roman has been a Liberty city resident for 10 years. It is mentioned during cutscenes and in dialogue.

How is it possible to make a map that is super-realisticly shaped? What matters is what is in the map anyway.

This is good and is an amazing idea but the more realistic one to happen is the vice city thread by 08Lasventuras.

I think the vulture should be based on stealth jet. Also getaway driver sidemission. and maybe the ability to sell cars you steal?

Yes, Vice City is more likely to happen than carccer city or this idea. But you never know right? Also, the Getaway driver mission is a good idea, but in the game you actually can rob banks your self, and be the getaway driver. But I may add that. I like the idea of selling cars. And I just might make the Vulture a stealth Jet
