I'm on of the MANY who didn't just have the game running properly, but also running smoothly the first time around. So, obviously.

Because according to the poll the majority have the game running .

Having the game simply running and having the game running smoothly with high settings are two separate matters, lol.

Maybe if people stopped acting like they should be able to run on high settings, it would be fine. I really wish Rockstar made the current medium settings called "Very High". Then lots of people would be running at the highest the game would ever get, and I really think it would prevent most bitching. People seem more bothered about what setting they can have it set to, than the visual quality of that setting.

It always works, even on my ATI Radeon 2400 128MB card.

dude, the HD2400 is slower than the x1300, how does it run on the HD2400? (I'm going to pick IV up this tuesday and play it on my computer which has a x1300 in it)

LoL, no. Medium is really nothing more then medium, i.e. average graphics level for a current game. The problems is that the real requirements are obnoxious.

Tbh, with this laptop GTAIV had no problems. No mem leaks, stable fps, im happy with it so far. Aside from it having to eat CPU usage like a fat man at a nacho festival.
