Maybe you have to get all the Seagulls for it; although I'm only guessing due to both things constantly coming up in the same search result; however, I couldn't really find anything on the actual websites. No. Because all files have to be converted (except text files). And models and stuff currently cannot being converted so it is going to take a while to convert it to PC.
