Wow, how amazing are TLAD end credits, it crosses over Niko & Johnnys story, it shows you scenes from Romans Sorrow,, and you can see Niko & Roman driving away from the burning appartment towards the burning cab depot, you can see scenes from bleed out, where you see roman being attacked by the albanian loan sharks. You see scenes from uncle vlad, where niko excecutes him. Theres a crossover scene from museum piece, where it shows johnny escaping then Niko. It shows three leaf clover too.

is there any more? I think R* did excellent with this.

Yeah, they did a brilliant job with the credits. It's great to see they're making use of everything they can, providing something useful and enjoyable to watch during the credits rather than just a scrolling list of names involved.

Yeah the credits for TLAD was awesome, but i can admit that i've watched the full credits for GTA IV to, the two time's i've completed it. The city just looks so beautiful and the music fits in so well. It's just awesome and epic.

Any true GTA fan will sit and watch the credits imo, I can never skip them. Its just common courtesy to watch them and acknowledge that some people have gone out of their way to produce epicness. The least you can do is watch the credits.

I haven't skipped the credits on any game since the PS1. It seems like every game includes some sort of extra scene, message, cheat etc. at the end. The credits on L&D are by far the most entertaining credits I've seen ever. And the museum piece scene basically confirms Luis as the next protagonist, since they show him escaping across the roof

I always like to watch the end credits of games when I complete them. I've previously complained at how bad I thought the ones for the Stories games were and how they should really try to sum up the whole experience. TLAD's credits were a great surprise as I really would have been just happy with the camera swooping over familiar areas. When I started to realise we were seeing actual moments from both games, but from a high "god-like" perspective I was truly impressed.

This not only served as a summary of both part of IV (so far) but tied them together as well.

Very entertaining and I will be watching it again.

I agree. And the music matched perfectly. Particularly Rid Stuarts 'Every picture tells a story' literally playing a the pictures of the game retell GTA IV amazing story, linking in with TLAD, which you just completed. Utterly brilliant.

Yeah they where great. icon14.gif

Could someone please provide me with a link so i can watch the credits again.

Thanks.

I searched for them on youtube but didn't find any good videos. The one I did find was broken up into three different parts and the sound was removed due to legal issues.

Nothing much to say, just noting that I don't think Luis is escaping, I think he is in fact heading down to get the diamonds.

I loved the end credits blush.gif

I never skip 'em either, it gives me the feel of a film ending

you watch film credits? lol anyway, I loved the credits for this, its nice to see something creative for once instead of just a black screen with text going down it like most games do.

it's odd that they had Niko killing Vlad since that's an option in the game. It doesn't necessarily happen.

Also weird, I just played Museum Piece as Niko and just cause I felt like I tossed a grenade at the 3rd car just for fun and that's one of the car's burning during the credits.

Also, Niko doesn't walk out around to the front of the Museum to kill some Italians and get in a car. Most players probably were parked at the south end of the museum and drove away from there. Just saying, not a big deal.

The 7th Number

Id have to say my favorite part is when they show Johnny and the LAD bikers riding, the camera swings to Niko killing Vlad, and then back to the street where you see Johnny and the LAD again riding off. I like it because while he is killing Vlad, Johnny is out there doing his thing, puts the two lives together in one scene.

...you can also see johnny when roman and niko are driving away from the burning taxi depot.

Omnia sunt Communia

I just watched the ending credits on YouTube, as I don't own The Lost & Damned. I really liked the way they used them to further tie in the stories. It was interesting seeing familar scenes from a different point of view. I felt like I was watching them from a News Helicopter at some points. Really interesting stuff.

I think the scene that shows Luis escaping over the museum roof is a clear indicator that he will be the protagonist in the next episodic pack. Why else would Rockstar incorporate that in there? I think it would of been really neat to show Johnny escaping the museum as well, as it would then show all three of the protagonists escaping from the same scene, their stories unfolding after meeting for the last time.

You can see Johnny. He walks out and shoots at some guys then gets on a bike to leave. The camera then pans around to niko casually getting into a car and then the camera goes up onto the roof. Watch it again and you'll see what I'm talking about.
