Ryan500, what version of the dotnetscripthook are you running? The mod doesn't work on the lastest yet.

The mod doesn't support 0.982 yet. V2 which is the current version of the mod doesn't work on that version. However V3 will support it.

i like the guages, but what is the big one, a speed?

Ryan to run the V2 version you need 0.891 scripthook.

 

Yep the big one is a speedo, there will be numbers on it eventually.

Got it working im using.

 

V0.88 ScriptHook

 

When i get out of the car the Fuel sign and other stuff is still there.

 

Also when will V3 be out.?

 

When i call the TOW Number it does not work it just hangs up.

 

Any Help pleaseeeeee..?

The writing is at the top for example : F: Out of Fuel it should be next to the bar but its not.

 

And the TOW number is not working.

Are you typing TOW before the other numbers??

Like you would on any phone you gotta put the numbers in that have those letters on the keypad before the others. i think lol

Screenshots of your problem and I'll see whats up.

 

As for the tow / mob it does just hang up. You should see a text message displayed. If you don't check your radar for red blips. Both functions where working on the upload.

I cant take a pic i don't know how to in game.

 

The text like F: Out of Fuel... Its in the top left hand corner.

 

But the bars are at the bottom. I want the text next to the bars like in your pictures.

if it uses the text function i used in my first script i made recently, it would be at the top or it was for me as i guess thats how it was coded, if its another function than idk, just going on what i saw with mine.

The pictures were shot on V2 but on the 0.85 version of the hook on IV 1.0.2. But V2 only supports 0.891 now. The 0.891 hook introduced some scalin changes which broke the text. I did hope it was all fixed but alas that is not the case.

you can try to by playin around with the gauge co ordiantes which should be in the INI file.

Actually come to think about it, I don't think you can fix it. Since from what I've seen the font is huge. Anyway some updates done on the gauges, they are nearly done. Once the gauges are done I can work on the new pump system.

Displays hazard lights warning, low fuel. Engine damage lights and engine start lights.

hey the images look great, can not wait to test v3. Take your time on it, the more time/work put in, the better the outcome of the mod.

I can't put an estimate on the mod at the moment, since I'm rewriting the entire back end, as well as changing the storage type from the .pet files to XML files and implementing some new features that require alot of thinking and working out.

 

Time for some status updates. The new XML backend is in place and appears to be funcationing well, the fuelStations have been updated to include fuelPumps with Petrol and Diesel.

 

The CarDB has been updated to add in the fuelType section.

 

More status updates. Refuel System has been updated to include the new pump system.

i'd rather wait for v3 instead of trying to hunt down the old version of the scripthook, seems v3 will be well worth the wait biggrin.gif.

I might have the V3 beta ready in a few hours or a day. Since it will be a beta, as extensive testing will needed to iron out any bugs or slow down causes. I've already identified one section that might cause some slow downs. But as of yet it's been fine.

I was disappointed to learn that we had to use the 0.891 version of Scripthook, but v3 will be released soon, so I'll wait for it! smile.gif
