Yes i can do some texturing work .....i can try, because i don't do it before on GTA. Maybe you can create new textures for shop signs etc once we have our business system working Play around with GTA4 textures and tell me when you are familiar with it @ Vetra speaking of which with textures, are you capable of changing building textures like with peds or have some system with that ? That's the speed value... I can already check speed. RPM is completely different (and can't be negative). RPM isn't proportional to speed either (unless there is only one gear). I can simulate RPM... but I want to at least be able to set the game's engine RPM... else it will be completely out of sync and it would sound completely wrong. are you capable of changing building textures like with peds or have some system with that Building textures can only be changed outside of the game. I checked the script hook log and everything is successful, but when I hit all the buttons, nothing works, and nothing pops up. I have the 2nd patch and I use the Simple Native Trainer. Don't worry about stage 3 until the interior catalogue is done. Check the forums for the list of controls I posted it in Completed/Tools/World Builder. Currently, I only enabled the grid system... which faces NORTH. So num8 means North, not forward. I'm busy fixing my relative control system that is linked with the player's direction (in that system, num8 always means forward). I am also going to have a mouse based control system as soon as I get my custom camera controller to function properly. Once I have done that, I will make some tutorial videos That road that you randomly spawned, you can delete it BTW, objects are spawned at the red pointer. This is needed for quicker placements and fast move commands. Press num5 to make the pointer center on you, then you can spawn things in front of you. You can BUY your assets and safe house and even UPGRADE THEM with items,making them have perks etc. etc and much more! This is a very sweet idea. I think they should pay you guys money for this it is so awesome. Determines how easy it is to recruit or take over a area * Money - Spend personal money , assests, drug dealing , legit owned business , armed robbery , setting up rivals , grand theft auto , arms dealing. * Cars - Type of cars each gang drives ( Min 1 - Max 3) * Assests - Assests can be owned by gangs, the state or neutral. All assests can be upgradable. * Territory - What area the main gang resides * Weapons - Basic weapons gang carries before being upgraded * Leaders - The right hand of the gang. Leaders handle the day to day basis and can be seen walking around the city with gangs. Here you can choose the likes of badman , roman, lil jacob, brucie. * Gang Members & Rankings - # of gangmembers depend on surrounding territory and influence *Special Ability* - Special ability each gang has ( unknown if this will be a feature) * Gangs Spending - Cars and Car upgrades (specific number each gang has) , Weapons and Weapons ugrades (specific number each gang has) , Bribing police(if your gang is about to do or has done crimmes and detected) , hiring hitmen , Assests and upgrades , buying and upgrading drugs. Assests and special abilites * Luxury properties generate more money. businesses with a lot of gang members on the turf would keep your wanted level down (like taking the wrap for you or fighting off police or other gangs) if you are on or near the property * Boatyards should generate a good amount of legit money and dirty money as the boatyards in LC are used to smuggle in drugs and illegals from other parts of the world . * Car shops get you free paint jobs or tune ups * Weapon Store - discount on weapons and better upgrades for current guns (EX. grenade launcher on AR) Gang Rankings * Novice * OG - Full Gang Member * Shot Caller - leader of each individual gang or set * King/Don - Leader of entire gang and gang sets Gang Influence Gang influence is determined by the amount of controlled assets and number of gang members. The quality of assets also effects the gang's influence (you get more influence points for higher quality assets). The gangs influence determines your respect on the street as well as how easy it is for you to recruit out of your influence range . The higher your influence the higher the food chain you are up. The Class of area in which you control determines your influence as well . Like you own a ghetto you probably have *** influence but if you own a towers and rich areas you get ****. Cars and amount of revenue your gang makes also effects your influence. Each gang has a static influence not based on owned hood which means the influence around the city. EX: Russian Gang * Influence - 8/10 * Money - 8 Million * Cars - BMW , Mercedes * Assets - Porn Studio , Comarades bar , Perostroeka , Mihails House * Territory - Brighton Beach * Weapons - Knives , Assault Rifles , Pump Shotgun * Leaders - Faustin , Petar (Created Leader) , Petrovic * Gang Members & Rankings - Faustin Gangmember Count (150) , Petar Gangmember Count (XXX) * Special Ability - Expert Interrogation * Gang Spending This is how most gangs will be categorized in the mod. I have done most of the required controllers for this mod, so I'm almost at the stage where I can easily add any feature we need Just a question about interiors for houses without openable doors, will they have Playboy X Lofthouse style way of getting in There will be a portal system Optionally a button press required to enter (some people migth not like walking past an entrance and automatically be teleported inside ) This is a very sweet idea. I just need to fix some bugs in World Builder, and then make some improvements to the databases. Yeah, I was really busy with those last few releases, and I didn't get any time to check on the forums. There has also been a massive decrease in viewers... so... seems that support is falling even further. If all the building will have interiors, will they be seamless or via teleport? You don't need to know any programming I do all of that The only thing I need help with is researching (like just getting info on stuff... using Google or whatever you prefer) and collecting data. 90% of the things I need help with is all plain text info that anyone can get I usually need to create the databases first before I can tell people what data to collect... so there isn't much to collect yet (just vehicle names and fuel consumption, property marking etc. (this is the list of things that helpers are currently working on: http://forums.vallanavetra.com/software/viewforum.php?f=9) Hope you guys can stick with it and bring us one of the most awesome looking mods I've seen in a long time. We will try to, but there has been a big decrease in support... which means less data is collected... and the mod doesn't work without the data, just like how GTA4 doesn't create anything if it's .dat files are empty...
