metsrule08
I am new to altering .ini files, and I was wondering how to remove al the keybindings. They contradict to some other mods I have. I tried deleting all parts of the file I thought would alter this, and at first it worked, but soon all keys were returned back to normal. Thanks, good mod

sjaak327
Original link is down, and this is ancient. Could you update one please, or could someone upload v2.2? I have restored the download link, completely forgot about this mod being hosted on my server By the way, the link on gtamodding should be: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2289
mikedec123
A car spawner that works with an ingame menu. Works for 1.0.1.0, 1.0.2.0, 1.0.3.0, 1.0.4.0, 1.0.0.4, 1.0.6.0 and EFLC 1.1.1.0. Car Spawner In-Game Menu 2.2 All available vehicle models can be spawned, 5 pages, the last page includes the DLC bikes (for these to spawn correctly, you need to have the DLC unlocked mod enabled. (for IV only). see: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/vehicle-mods/2088 Be aware that on my game some strange things started to appear, I have since disabled this mod again, but wanted to at least give you the ability to spawn them. Also to enable these, you also need to set DLC=1 in the defaults section of carspawn.ini. The new TLAD and TBOGT vehicles are also on the 5th menu page, depending on which episode you are currently running. Navigation through the menus can be done in the following way: F1 to display the menu, scroll through the options on a particular menu by using either num 8 for up or num 2 for down, if an option is at the end of a particular menu, you can use num 8 to go there quickly. scroll through menu pages by using either num 4 or num 6, (again to quickly go to the last menu page while being on the first use num 4). Cancel the menu by pressing backspace. Activation of options uses num 5. To return to previous menu use num 0. The key bindings can be customized in carspawn.ini. By default, the player is warped into the car that is spawned, if you somehow don't want this, change the DoNotWarp=0 to 1 in carspawn.ini. New settings menu, which will let you set the menu and highlight colors. The names of the car that appear on the menu and in the in-game message that appears when you spawn one, can be changed in the ini: //Car Menu// [CarMenu] Car1=Admiral Car2=Airtug Just change the name of any of the 132 cars. For TLAD and TBOGT the cars from 125 are: Car125TLAD and Car125TBOGT You can now also spawn a total of 12 cars using hotkeys, these can be customized in carspawn.ini: [CarSpawnOption1] Model=2398307655 Description=Turismo Spawned Warp=1 Refer for a list of model numbers further down carspawn.ini For TLAD and TBOGT these 12 cars that can be spawned using hotkeys are named [CarSpawnOption1TLAD] and [CarSpawnOption1TBOGT], making it possible to have different cars on the hotkeys depending on which game you are running. Keys: F1 Display Menu Backspace Cancel Menu Num 4 Scroll Menu Down Num 6 Scroll Menu Up Num 2 Scroll Menu Options Down Num 8 Scroll Menu Options Up Num 5 Enter Option Num 0 Back to previous menu Spawn Vehicles: LAlt+A Turismo LAlt+B Comet LAlt+C Infernus LAlt+D Super GT LAlt+E Feltzer LAlt+F Schafter LAlt+G FBI Buffalo LAlt+M NRG900 LAlt+N Sanchez LAlt+R Random Vehicle LAlt+T Annihilator LAlt+U Maverick LAlt+X Jetmax Both carspawn.asi and carspawn.ini have to placed into the main GTAIV directory (or EFLC), carspawn.ini is only needed if you want to customize key bindings and defaults. Also scripthook.dll needs to be placed in the GTAIV directory (or EFLC). In case Rockstar releases a new patch for the game, all you need to do is get that file updated, not the carspawner itself. Check: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=390582 You will need an asi loader to run this, you can choose between: Asi Loader: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=380830 Xliveless: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=388658 Yaasil: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=394806 Thanks to Alexander, Listener and Hazardx for their asi loaders. Special thanks and credit to Aru, his excellent C++ scripthook is the basis for this asi. Download: Car Spawner In-game menu 2.2 Screenshot: heey i downloaded the modd but where do i need to place the mod cause i just putted in the the Grand Theft Auto IV map but hwen i play it nothing happens when i pres f1 plz help ? darthideut
I tried to install this, but it doesn't want to work. I installed teh asi loader fine and the game still plays, but when I put the carspawn.asi, carspawn.ini, and the scripthook.dll in (including the patched scripthook.dll), my game will crash before it loads. Is there something I'm missing or what? I had this installed until my hard drive failed a couple of weeks ago and I can't remember how I got it to work this time.
