I had this mod once before, and I copied the text that pops up with the first link, and pasted it into notepad, then saved it and renamed the file so it was InCarDamage.LUA and put it in the Alice folder, that should do the trick, altho for some reason now I can't seem to get it to work..

Would this effect NPC's too?

npcs are already affected

Odd. Beforehand I always crashed into NPC's at like 99999999 mph and they weren't harmed at all.

I always hit people hard and you hear the horn go off becuase there head is stuck on it. and sometimes they just drop out

I asked for some help in the .NET scripthook thread and all the work was done for me. Major props to oinkoink for the script and CoMPMStR for his revision. You can download the script here: http://sites.google.com/site/seijidontexist/DamageInCar.cs

Requires .NET scripthook. Put the file in your 'scripts' folder.

If you want more damage from collisions, you can open the script and find this line: "cHealth = (CarHealth - cHealth) / 10;" and change the number to something smaller. For less car crash damage, make the number bigger.

Back again with a revision from oinkoink. Car damage from bullets no longer hurts the player, and crashes must take at least 16% of car health to hurt the player. http://sites.google.com/site/seijidontexist/DamageInCar.cs

Again it's possible to change the damage from crashes as well as the 16% threshold by editing the script in Notepad.
