Doing the mission "ROMANS HOLIDAY", you could call him (555 2222) and then he will come to you in his cab. So you dont need to drive to him to fetch him. I agree, that pissed me off too. They really need to focus on making more crap work in their game, half of the internet sites cant even be clicked on, most phone numbers dont work, certain vehicles that should be able to do things dont (trashmaster, tow truck, etc.). Quit focusing on the graphics so much and give us more stuff to do, TLAD was great, but in the end it was just a paint over of GTA IV, nothing changed and some of the fun things were taken out, like dating and clothes shops. It's been a while since I played the original story. No. Roman's cab company is burned after you get into that fight at the warehouse with Jacob, where Dimitri betrays you. You already complete a lot of Bohan missions and some Algonquin ones before Roman gets kidnapped- his building was long burned.
