simon02 Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 hey i got gta iv on 360 , a few days ago, and the game keeps freezing. i have had a look around about this. i got the update for it and it worked fine for a bit and now it juts keeps freezing. Well here is a solution that always works, if you have the Xbox 360 (hopefully) you can install the game to your hardrive. Go to ''My Xbox'' on the dashboard, then to the game which is GTA 4 the click ''Y'' to go on ''Game Details'' then go on ''Install to Hard drive'' it will take about 5 minutes to do, I did this method with my Saints Row 2, it worked beautifully, plus the the other good sides are, the 360 is much quieter and it's performence is better. But it's more likely to be dirt; Check the surface of the disc for dust or goo, and clean it with a soft cloth, or a proper CD cleaning solution.
