BlackDomina Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 Hi cheers, if somone tried the Fengy's bodyguards mod (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=397750) you perhaps noticed the function that spawn a "hostil target", a random ped with random weapon who shoot at everything. If you spawn 2 of them, they ll fight each other, thats an issue. The idea is as following: Can we merge the fengye bodyguard mod with that shooter function, making aggressive groups of peds, driving capable, creating chaos randomly in the city? The spawned group will have to fight: -nico (rarely randomly or directly caused by nico's behavior) -cops -richpeds -and other spawned gang groups And they should defend their own gang members for sure. I start to dream about a merge of all the great mods created yet. Random armed chases, random gangs attack, etc.... Lets make violentcity mod using all the different improvment made by other mods... PS. Does somone knows something about the actions scripts called "decisions"? would be great to find a way to make cops create random roadblocks when nico is highly wanted... i think. topeira Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 (edited) Did u try super spawner script by compmstr? u can spawn hostile peds (called "fighters") that attack the player and cops. u can tell how far they spawn, what characters they might be, what weapons they use , how healthy they are and how accuracte and u can also tell new peds to spawn (after a set amount of seconds) once the they former ones are all dead. it's a slightly complicated since all the thing u need to set are located in an INI file but it's all do-able and im using it alll the time, creating 7 peds at every wave to come for me. it's fun. with that script u can also spawn body guards that are far better than that mod u were talking about. plus the bodyguard and fighters have blips that u can also tell what distance they show in. p.s. - a tip for u i usually set the fighter's sense range to 100 (so they start firing at u from a greater distance than the default 35) and accuracy to 400 (which ismaximum. over 400 is actually less accurate.). i also set the timer to around 20 seconds before next fighters respawn and make a "free mode" in MP (if u "have" MP) and try and survive fun times!! Id love being SURPRISED by unattended events... if i have to call 7 figthers with M4 @100meters which spawn every 20seconds... yes its fun... 1hour... perhaps two... but not more There are so many awsome projects and scripts, worked separatly, but one day, i hope we could merge them and make something wide and.... RANDOM. Because no keyboard will have enough keys tu use them separatly... we all noticed that the keys are often the same for different scripts... thats an issue...
