solution for those with K9AG NEO2 Digital Mobo

Hi all,

 

just a quick note to give a solution to a problem i have had with running gta4.

 

I have a K9ag neo2 digital mobo which runs amd cpus.

 

my symptom was the game stalling, failing to load, running at only a few frames a second, speeding up and slowing down etc. basically if i could even load the game, i couldnt play it.

 

solution.

 

my mobo had bios 1.7

 

simply downgrade to 1.6, suddenly the game is now playable at 33fps no stalls, no stutters no pauses. just a playable game.
