ArcaneKnight Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 I just downloaded LAD and when I was connected, in the load up screen it gave me the option to play LAD now, So i did, and I needed to get off to let other people use the internet.. How do I get back to single player LAD? This thing is confusing.. And I still cant find that Noise filter everyone is talking about, or the grain filter.. Now when I load the game. I dont get that option.. I didnt think itd be this confusing, thought itd be rather simple. This is my first DLC Ive ever gotten so please bare with me. I do that, and it goes right into Niko's story, without the option to play LAD. I see it's on my hardrive though, Im just trying to figure out how to load it up.. Damn im pissed. I had to let my drunk sister in and I missed the opening scene, so I restarted the game. And cant get back into it... It should definitely work offline if it was the first console you installed it on, but if there's no way to start it, then I don't think there's any other option besides reinstalling it. Where does it say new game at? Ive been looking through all these menus man.. I cant figure out where it is, to start a new game.. This is getting so frustrating. GTA3Freak-2001 Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 So you've had the game up and running and had the game ask you if you wanted to play TLAD? Yet now it doesn't? Try loading the save game you started with TLAD and it should then go into the TLAD mode. Like start up the game and let it load Niko's stuff then hit start and go to the Game tab. I feel like slapping the sh*t out of my dumb sister.. I didnt want to miss anything, but she bangs on my window like shes the police. Man I am mad.. Well thanks everyone for trying to help. Guess ill wait another 45 minutes to an hour and take a bat to anyone else that bugs me. Im so mad right now.. OH MY Nlitement you are going to bug me.. You didnt tell me where the Start New game option was.. I already deleted and now its downloading again. I asked you a couple other times, you dont want to point out where it is youre talking about to Start a new game.. Its been a few months since ive played IV, so I completely forgot the new game option you had to be ingame in order to do it. I kept thinking it was somewhere in my Xbox dashboard, since thats where it loaded up originally. Wish someone would have told me "In game, go to start new game" itd have saved me all the time and bs hassle. Thanks for the help though.. Now I can enjoy. skull-kid Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 so i downloaded the LAD on my xbox at my friends house because i use to have XBL but when i moved i didnt bring my computer or router. so i downloaded it and i didnt play it, i just turned it off and brought it home. now i turn on gta and go in game then go to start new game and i have no option to play LAD and when i go to see if i have the download i just tells me to sign in to XBL. so do i need to be connected to play one player?
