GTA 4 PC ONLINE ISSUES

SO i just bought the game for PC like a week ago beat it, now i want to play online so i patch and I'm up to date on everything windows live, and the actual game, Now i go to my cellphone and click multiplayer and go to LIVE, custom match, then i get to the little browser lobby, i can see a wide list of games so i double click one to join, it says loading, THEN THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM OCCURS i appear in a lobby as the host and no one is inside the lobby just me, so i back out and im like wtf... so this time i select the 15/32 team death match server and hit enter with my mouse over it because it says join match, this time it just kicks my back to the f*cking gta 4 custom match browser, i only got into 1 game it was a death match game because i spam clicked a random server.

 

 

what the hells wrong...
