pLaTaNo
Sup Y'all. Well, i have a 250GB Hard Drive with two partitions. The Primary Partition is, obviously, my main partition with my Operating System. The Second Partition is where all of my other BS stuff goes such as Games, music, programs, etc. Well, On my Primary Partition, its like around 6GB in total, but important software's, SP's, .NET Frameworks, etcs.,has decreased my Primary partition's space, so the space has decreased though. Early i had around 170MB, but then i ran CCleaner and the Disk Space cleaning utility to free up some space, giving me a total of 517MB in free space . So yea, about 40 mins passed, and all of a sudden I'm starting to get low disk space errors. Im like WTH? Ive set the warning to give me the error when there's like 100MB of space and down, so i shouldn't be getting the error since Ive cleaning my Primary Partition. I haven't even installed anything onto that partition and i wouldn't install anything there, so i dont know wth is going on. I went to check how much space i have now on my Primary Partition, and guess what? I have a ludicrous 6.53MB!! WTF!??! Please, help me WTF is going on. leik oh em jeez!
Reset browser settings, use brain to remember user names and passwords. Empty recycle bin. Defrag partition. Compress drive to save disk space. Join the club, same for me.
[CTD]LaBan
try to turn off System Restore on all partitions. that might help as well.
Zxirius.
Reset browser settings This is a big one. Every browser, by default, caches temporary files and images. Most browsers have it so you can clear the cache every time you close it. I definitely recommend doing that if you have limited disk space. What do you normally do when you are online?
