Problems downloading lost and damned

Hi all, I bought the lost and damned from the store yesterday and waited until it became availiable on Xbox live (about 6p.m local time, here in Australia).

 

Once I typed in the redemption code and hit the download button, I got a message that said, "This download is unavailable because of your location."

 

I havent tried again yet today as im supposed to be working now, but I was very dissapointed yesterday, and I'm wanting to know if any other Aussies or anyone from other countries had the same problem?

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
